*Please note that I usually work at the rate of 7–10 pages an hour. The industry standard for a page is 250 words, 12 pt. Times New Roman font. I follow the median rates published by the Editorial Freelancers Association (EFA) here: https://www.the-efa.org/rates/
Who needs it: Writers in the final stage before publication.
What it includes: Checking for surface errors, such as:
- Misspellings
- Typos
- Grammatical Errors
- Word Usage Errors (e.g. "lie" vs "lay")

Turnaround time:
- Under 2500 words: 1 – 2 days
- 2501 – 5000 words: 2 – 4 days
- 5001 – 7500 words: 4 – 5 days
- 7501 – 10,000 words: 5 – 7 days

My working rate may be slower if your work needs deeper editing, such as structural or developmental editing. So that I can give you an accurate a quote as possible, I ask you to send a sample of your document (about 5 pages) and explain your needs in detail on the contact page.
